We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 day tailored training on how to start a coffee shop. It was really informal which allowed us to learn in a relaxed way. Stuart was the catalyst to this. The coffee was tremendous and as avid coffee drinkers it was the first time we really tasted a great espresso! It is also great to know that there is a whole load of support afterwards with links to tools and techniques setting you up for future success. Thank you. Nic and Jon

Had a fab time on the how to start a coffee shop 2 day course. Stu was great, made everything look so easy. he explained everything really well and answered all our questions, even the daft ones. It felt like he had all the time in the world to show you the ropes and tell you eveything you needed to know. On day 1 I went away feeling good at what I had learnt but was apprehensive in some areas, by the end of day 2 those fears had gone. I would deffinately recommend this course to anyone and will be going back with my staff for training once I set up my coffee shop as believe they should benefit from the high quality training I recieved, thats way we will all be serving top class coffee. I loved this course - I've finally found a coffee which tastes exactly as I like it, and have also learnt how to make it (almost) perfectly myself although my latte art still needs a bit of practice! The atmosphere on the course was friendly & informal, we learnt heaps and had lots of fun along the way. Thanks so much, Sue

I went on the Barista and Latte Art course with Youri, what can I say? It was a fantastic day, very informative, great coffee and most of all fun! Youri is a fantastic bloke and the rest of the Limini team are great. I would highly recommend these courses as I have learnt a great deal from growing the beans to making a perfect espresso! Andy

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed my barista course yesterday. As a total novice, Youri's style of teaching really put me at ease and within a short time, I was pulling shots and steaming milk with confidence!! Youri and his team are passionate about coffee and this showed in his proffessionalism to all the trainee's in the group - he really made it fun to learn. I'de certainly recommend this course to any novices or experienced barista's - I'm sure you'll leave Limini with a few new skills - Peter

I'd just like to thank everyone at Limini for a really enjoyable couple of days. If you are starting a coffee shop or want to become a barista I urge you to sign up for this course. Youri's love and passion for the subject was infectious and his good humoured patience with the more, erm... numerically challenged members of the course (me) was truly admirable. Many thanks to the team at Limini and Stuart for brillant training on how to make the best coffee. The training was tailor made for me, and provided great hands on practice to understand the art of coffee making. Really enjoyed the 2 day course, both practical and immensely helpful for anyone looking to set up their own business or simply just to perfect their coffee skills. Home coffees have never been so good since!! Training and coffee making was good fun and I learnt a huge amount over the course of 2 days. The course is an excellent way to start you coffee journey. I will never look at a coffee in the same way again, Stu has a wealth of knowledge that he shares in such a way that the morning was not overwheming nor was it too slow a pace. Time flew by, and I didnt want it to end. I now feel I have a fantastic base knowledge to what makes a proper, fresh and tasty cup of coffee and how to operate a proper coffee machine. What a really enjoyable morning. Thanks Stu! A word of warning though...we must have made 20+ coffees each...however tempting it is (as they are so nice) to drink them all dont! I think i flew home to Sheffield after the course! - Stephen
