Thanks to Stu for a really informative and fun afternoon yesterday on the 'how to run a coffee shop ' course. Great coffee too! Thanks also to Bex for her prompt and friendly responses to my emails. I'd recommend the course to anyone thinking of opening their own coffee shop. I was also particularly impressed that nobody at any point tried to sell me anything. Youri and Samantha were so interested in my business it was a joy to talk to them and Bex always answers my desperate calls with such a lovely happy voice! The course was very intersting and ran in a very relaxed and professional way. It helped Daniele (my business partner) and I to understand what takes to make a good coffee. Everybody can make coffee, but only few can make a great one and Youri and Stu are really passionate about it. Everything learned will really help when opening our cafe. Thanks Giuseppe and Daniele.

Well worth the barista training. Stuart is a top trainer, puts you totally at ease and lets you make all your mistakes in a safe, fun place while learning loads. The Ristretto is a revelation... the best coffee I've ever had. I didn't notice the coffee stains around my mouth till I got home, I drank loads! I really got so much out of the two days, something I was concerned about when booking, especially because it was fairly far to come. I needn't have worried. It is an extremely well planned, comprehensive and enjoyable course, which I would definitely recommend to others. It is clear that Stu is extremely passionate about what he does and has put so much thought into the course design. I loved the mix of practical coffee making with the more businessy side of things. As I don't have a retail/business background I learnt so much... so valuable to me; this was the perfect first step on the ladder to where I want to go. Even for the other person on the course, who was just months away from starting a coffee shop, there was so much to learn also. If you are passionate about coffee or want to learn about coffee and coffee making, this is the course for you! James
