The minute you arrive, you are greeted by a very warm welcome and made to feel at ease. Stu and the rest of the team could not have been nicer. Setting up a coffee shop is a complete career change for me. I am passionate about good food and great coffee, however the idea of my new venture has at times been a scary one. But the day spent at Limini was amazing good fun, the coffee was superb and lots of it! The financial was informative and helpful. I would recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of setting up a coffee shop, not just because of the fun you WILL have playing with the coffee machine, but also the business side of the course, if you have no experience of gross profits, cost of sales or net profit then Stu is your man. I was looking for a course that enabled me to make lots of coffee and this was it! Stu was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and was really flexible in helping me to get the most coffees made in the time we had. having such a small number of people on the course really made a difference as it felt like it was one on one tuition. Well what can i say, ive just given up my day job and in the process of buying a lease on a coffee shop, never done it before, never made proper coffee before, my day with Youri and many thanks for the effort due to Stu being taken ill, the day i spent with Youri was nothing more than fantastic, i learnt so much and the pleasure in making your first espresso was nothing more than a life changing moment to know that i can make proper coffee and that my customers will enjoy it and come back for more, i could go on, but many thanks to Youri and Bex - Andrew (soon to be selling great coffee in Bristol)

This s a thorough professional grounding(pardon the pun) in everything you need to know to make the perfect coffee. Downside....you can't go out and drink coffee without critiquing every aspect!! Becky

1st of all I would like to thank all the staff at Limini Coffee for a fantastic day. The day started with a short introduction to the machine and then straight into the art of making coffees the correct way, the morning flow by and before we knew it we were having lunch, then on to the hard part " how to run a coffee shop" while Stu was going over the coursework Youri took time out of his busy schedule to scan over my business plan and highlight a few mistakes ( thanks Youri ) the team that run Limini Coffee are a very professional group with a great understanding of what people need from the course. It was well worth it for us and anyone wishing to start a coffee shop, once again thank to all the staff for there help and expertise John & Angie

The course covers all the things you need to know about starting up your own coffee shop. Stu had so much knowledge and passion, we left feeling that we'd really been given a great insight into so many things, and the coffee is amazing. Although it was a long drive to Bradford it was well worth it. An excellent day. Great premises Stu was fantastic, very knowledgable and informative and extremely patient dealing with a complete novice. The 'how to set up a coffee shop' gave me very valuable information and will help me develop my business plan. I cannot recommend it enough. The course was excellent because it covered every aspect of the business and left nothing to chance. I really appreciated the profit and costings section which helped me to understand how to work out the prices correctly. I also appreciated the after-course support. Knowing you have someone to bounce ideas off who understand your business is perfect. It is an excellent start for anyone who is considering opening a coffee house.
