Great 2 days spent with Stuart who was very patient mopping-up after me. Felt a total newby at the beginning but by the end of the 1st day was pretty confident about making a great tasting coffee. Stuart and Youri's love for coffee is infectious and leaves you wanting more. Oh coffee is lovely too! - George
In a nutshell (or perhaps in a coffee husk!)... (1) a two-day intensive course of meaningful theory and practical hands-on application. (2) Conceived and created by professional & highly experienced coffee experts, primarily for coffee shop start-up entrepreneurs. (3) A course intended for those who share that passion for coffee, and who (also) constantly strive for professionalism and exemplary customer service... to be the best that they can be! This has got to be one of the best training courses of its kind in the country. Youri and Stu (and Becks in Admin/Support!) are wonderfully skilled and infectious, patient people. Some of the best money you'll ever spend! Incidentally, by fleshing out our needs during discussions over the two days, we have calculated that the advice we received has already saved us several thousand pounds! Do the right thing... start with the best training and support, and then practice life-long learning in your coffee shop craft! James

Barista and Latte Art with Youri. The premises are fantastic, with some beautiful La Spaziale (and other) grinders and coffee machines. The Limini blend makes the most amazing coffee all day. We made filter coffee from freshly roasted beans, espresso macchiato, latte art with flowers and teddy bears, coffee drawn up through a siphon, ristretto, single shots, double shots, shots though a naked (training/bottomless) portafilter, hot chocolate, affogato, tea, flat whites and cappuccinos, and every single time was as good as the first. I'm writing this as I drink my first flat white of the day, resplendent with leaf latte art, preceded by a breakfast espresso and mid-morning cappuccino. I couldn't recommend this enough to anyone with a passion for great coffee. Thanks to all at Limini - Jon.
Highly recommended!!!! I attended the barista training under the supervision of Youri, that man lives and breathes quality coffee! 4 hours went by in an instant. The groups are small so you get full attention from Youri and he has all the patience in the world to help you get to where you need to be. I took some fresh beans away with me as i couldn't wait to practise what i had learned as soon as i got home. I needed this support for my new business, but this is such a great course i wish i had done it sooner, just for the personal knowledge! Thanks Limini - Keith
On paper I should have left the course alone - to make it I had to travel from Aberdeen and leave in time to catch my flight to emigrate to Canada! But it was absolutely worth the extra effort. My only regret is I did not stay a whole week. Somehow though, in 2 days, all the important highlights are hit and I left feeling confident I had the right awareness for what I need to do next in setting up my own coffee shop. The information provided is focused, relevant and exactly what I needed for busines planning. I can't thank you or recommend you highly enough and I will be sure to be back. - Joanna
An absolutely Superb 2 Day Course i cannot recommend this enough, Stu the Tutor was fantastic and very patient with every aspect of our learning, he made the course so enjoyable The enthusiasm for Coffee shown by the whole team was so infectious We attended the course as complete Novices and learnt so much in the time we were there..Thankyou again Stu and Youri and all the staff - Bob and Deb
Attended barista morning with Stu. Course content and Stu's training style both really good. Made a load of coffees and learnt to make coffee better. The course is good for those who have never made a coffee to those like myself who have been doing it for years. Look forward to training more in the future. Mark

Hi Limini team, What can I say, the Rainforest blend is superb. I have had two NQA ISO 9001 auditors at my home office all day. Apart from working we have been enjoying copious amounts of excellent coffee. They both commented on how good it tasted. Personally I think I still prefer the Liscio but its a close call. Thanks Gareth
