Had a wonderful day of 'Latte Art' training. As a home user wanting to gain experience and obtain consistent milk quality, i found the training excellent. I loved using the 'Pro' machines and equipment too. As for my 'Art', its coming along nicely but its down to me practicing the techniques shown now. Thanks very much.- Stephen

The 'How to start a coffee shop' course is brilliantly designed and was expertly delivered by Stu. As well as great customer service on the admin side from Bex. Really informative and lots of fun, I learnt loads of stuff I needed to know and a fair bit I didn't realise I needed to know, and absolutely no hard sell on their own products, although they will be top of my supplier list when I open. Feeling so inspired I'm off to write my business plan now! Thanks Guys. - Nicky

It is a very personal service and our trainer was passionate about coffee and extremely knowledgeable. This gave me the best possible chance of learning about what matters in order to get great coffee. The place itself was welcoming and the company offer free training to all customers which is a great benefit. I really enjoyed it and learned an enormous amount which will pay me back one hundred fold in our new business. - Jane

I had a terrific morning learning how to make a proper cup of coffee! The small group meant that help was always close at hand and Stu's enthusiasm meant that the session flew by. The equipment was excellent and I now have a much better understanding of the work that goes in to producing a great coffee. I would not hesitate to recommend the course to anyone who has a love of coffee. - Huw

Had a fantastic day on our 2 to 1 opening a coffee shop with Youri . It was a gift from my husband and could not have been a better one . It has covered all the things we wanted to know and I couldn't wait to start making coffee !! Not as easy as I thought but what fun trying to perfect the heart motto. Youri was was so patient and encouraging even when I tilted the cup too much and tipped coffee on his hand ....twice . The day was informal and Youri made us feel very relaxed from the minute we walked in . The coffee was wonderful and although we drank quite a bit it was consistently good . I may however have to employ my husband to do the coffee art as he seemed to have more of a talent than me ! A great day and an absolute must if you are thinking of opening a coffee shop or simply enjoy good coffee . Thanks again Youri . Wendy

What a fab day!!!!! had so much fun and loved how relaxed it was, at the same time learning so much. Don't think i've had so much coffee in one day. Thank you all soooooo much, especially Stu who managed not to laugh at my attempts at 'art'. Will be in touch soon xxx

We had a brilliant day on our 2 - 1 course with Stu and Youri. The course covered both running your own coffee shop and making the perfect coffee.we had great fun making the drinks. The Limini coffee blend is a must. We have not tasted a better coffee, and we have tried loads. The decaf is great too. An excellent course! We thoroughly enjoyed learning about coffee and how to make good quality drinks. The course was very informative, executed in a professional & approachable manner. Stu gave plenty of guidance, good working examples, appropriate challenge to our ideas and suggested solutions to our perceived problems. We would recommend this course to anyone who is passionate about coffee and it's essential for people who are setting up a business in this field in order to get it right from the beginning. My wife bought for me for a gift the Barista & Latte Art class due to my addiction,love and enjoyment of coffee. The day far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone both in or outside of the coffee industry. No question was too tough and I've taken away with me bags of new knowledge and some new skills. Now I just need to start saving for a new home machine. Stu
