The day was relaxed, laid back and informative, I feel I have learnt a lot to take back with me and that the course has helped me better my business, giving me confidence. I had a very good feeling about Limini coffee when I first encountered their website looking for a Barista course. It's a very professional, user friendly and information site. This 'good feeling' was affirmed when speaking with Bex who organised our course. She was attentive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The course was not only hugely informative and fascinating, but a lot of fun. Stuart was a great host and teacher and his passion for coffee is infectious. As total novices to the art of the barista we felt we learnt enough to start practicing ourselves until we perfect that latte art heart! Their products are also very impressive. The follow-up page on the Limini website is a great way to keep referencing what we learnt in the 1/2 day course. We will definitely recommend to anyone interested in making the perfect coffee. I've just tried my first bags of Limini Coffee. I've used Union, Origin and Hasbean for years but after having a coffee in Harrogate with Limini coffee I thought I'd give it a go. This is some of the best coffee i've ever had, period! I've been using the Rainforest Blend for latte and cappucino and the choc finish on it is remarkable, enough to convince some friends not to put sugar in the coffee I make for them. Depending on run time it moves between light nuttiness to bold chocolate. Can't rate the quality and profile of this enough. Roasted fresh to order too, what more can you ask. First class work Youri! I completed the course on how to run a coffee shop and I can sincerely say that if you have not tried this course yet then you are missing out on great piece of training from Stu at Limini Coffee. From the moment I got there to the time I was about to finish, I enjoyed every part of learning and making a quality cup of cappuccino. I left there with a very positive feeling in doing something I have wanted to do for a while and the knowledge I got from stu was very very good. Will definitely go again and get advice if needed. !
