My day at Limini was better than I could ever have anticipated. My trainer, Vicki, clearly had so much passion for what she was doing, and what made it even better was that I felt she was truly passionate about what I want to do too. I drank (and made!) some of the best coffee I have ever tasted, and I learned more in a day than I think I would ever have done researching on my own. I am genuinely impressed with the course. For just a day you get provided with both practice and all the necessary theory to make it happen. Vicki has been really great and knowledgeable and equally helped out with some ideas, or doubts on what I had as ideas. Through the materials they give you to take home you have access to double-check on anything you are unsure of and to decide how to proceed from there. I am right at the beginning of everything, yet 100% sure that this is the right point to start out. (My course was How to Start a Coffee Shop, including Barista Training Course). Gergana

This course is amazing. Not only do you learn everything you need to know but a bonus is you get to learn coffee making and latte art. I did the 1-2-1 how to set up a coffee shop 2 day course (Barista course & theory) with Vicki. What a fabulous two days of information, support, learning and enjoyment! I was welcomed and treated warmly and professionally by everyone. Vicki is first class at what she does!! The course was at a good pace and was fluid so that I could switch between the theory and the Barista work; making it a far more enjoyable course. The support and information to help me set up my coffee shop is first rate and comprehensive. The Barista part of the course was great fun and I got a certificate at the end of it! These people live and breathe coffee and they do want to help promote those people who want to set up a coffee shop or do Barista work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and the on-going support is first rate. Thanks again Vicki and thanks for everything so far on my new journey. Ian Stephens

We did the 2 on 1 course with Vicki. It was a brilliant day with lots of practice and laughter. Vicki is so good at what she does! The course was exactly what I was hoping for. I run a barista class as part of offender learning and wanted to heighten my own knowledge and pick up some extra latte art skills for my own learners. The course with Limini is great as you get so much practise - well worth the money. I lost count of just how many coffees we made! The company are so passionate and it really comes across which is what I was also looking for. I wish I could work for them! Would love to visit again and also the support pack is really useful too. This was by far the most enjoyable and informative course we have ever been on. We completed the two day course which flew by, we have left feeling so positive and this course is most definetly worth the journey to Bradford from London. Our dream to run our own coffee shop now feels like a reality. Gemma and I can't thank Vicki enough for sharing her extensive knowledge with us, she is absolutely brilliant. Without a doubt the BEST training course I have every been on (and as a teacher, I've been on a lot!!). The day was jam packed with interesting theory but with LOTS of hands on experience. As a complete beginner I was a blank canvas and my only experience of making decent coffee was a tassimo machine. I now know a bit about the history of coffee and how to make a decent latte (and even some latte art!) - amongst other skills! Vicki was an outstanding teacher with the patience of a saint. She brought the session to life and it has definitely inspired me to venture further into the world of coffee. I can't wait to learn more (and hopefully land myself a job in a coffee shop in Australia!). Who knew there was so much to know about coffee?? - Charlotte Berry
