This is the second course we have attended with limini and once again it didn't disappoint!! We had the pleasure of Youri as our course tutor and wow it really was amazing! We were going into this course with a blank canvas, amateurs in this field... But Youri was so great he gave us the confidence and experience he has had over the years to set realistic and achievable goals! Our dream is alive now because of limini coffee and we have a plan in mind! Youri spent time and really listened to what ideas we had and advised us with invaluable knowledge that we can only thank him for now our ball is rolling! We sparked our love of all things coffee on our first barista course a year ago with limini and now a year on we like to think our dream of being owners of our own coffee place is becoming a reality! Wow! I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but what a fantastic day! A morning spent learning about coffee, from growing and roasting the crops to bringing and making great cups of coffee - from cappuccinos to ristrettos. An afternoon of latte art to add style to the substance! Really great fun, all hands on learning, excellently facilitated by Vicki. Couldn't have been a better day, would thoroughly recommend to others, has significantly increased my knowledge and ability to make a good cup at home as a result. - Angus

I attended the full 2 days course early April together with my Son. Viki took through all the practical part of the course which is coffee making as well as the financial side of how to run a coffee shop business. Viki was on top of her work and she knows a lot about coffee business and we very happy that we have done the course. I consider it a small investment that will go a long way to positively impact any coffee shop start up business. well done Viki. Ahmed

The half day course I attended was more than I could have hoped for. The tutor, Vicky, made me feel welcome and completely at ease from the moment of walking in the door. I had a great experience on the Latte Art Course, I was very lucky because I was the only one signed up to the course. Vicky was amazing, she asked questions to work out what my knowledge base was and then we went from there! I made about 45 cups of coffee in the 3 hours and attempted 4 different designs of Latte Art in that time, I now have the technique for all of them, I just need more practice. Using the commercial coffee kit was awesome! The course really gave me confidence and has increased my interest in coffee and i'm looking at what course I can do next! - Paul Crawford
