Attended the Latte Art course with Luke. It was perfect in every respect and Luke was faultless in his presentation. His knowledge was amazing and he was so patient with my efforts. Well worth driving from Nottingham and it fulfilled all my expectations. What a fantastic course we have done in our life to start up coffee shop which made me so much clear idea for my further process. I recommend to attend this course at least 6 months in advance before opening coffee shop your dream goal and friendly staffs, especially Vicky!!! who taught us in friendly environment with lots of fun!!!! - top

I attended the "How to set up a coffee shop" 2-day course, led by Vicki - it was a great experience. The course is a combination of practice with lots of coffee making - basically learning to make every single coffee item on the menu, which is what you'd expect to serve, plus plenty of latte art (and coffee drinking!) - and theory - all your questions answered, hands-on with writing your business plans, discussing your ideas, etc. Youri, one of the founders, was also very friendly and would, from time to time, propose having some impromptu coffee tastings. I would definitely recommend Limini, its coffee, this course, Vicki and all the Limini team! - Federico Ponce de Leon

Really enjoyed my time at Limini attending the Barista course. Vicky is an excellent tutor, with a lot of knowledge and she answered all my questions on the day. You can see that Vicky has a real passion for good coffee, therefore her instructions are very clear and concise. This course was so interesting and enjoyable. The coffee making was fun, contrasted with the more serious side of business, vat, profit and loss. Information given was invaluable in setting up a restaurant / coffee shop with everything you could possibly need in a logical order. I had an absolute blast doing the two day 'how to start a coffee shop' course. Youri was fantastic; so patient and generous with his experience and hard-earned knowledge. I learnt so much and feel completely energised and excited to take the next step. Even if you have a mad idea like mine, Youri and the staff at Limini were totally on board and were extremely encouraging as well as pointing out potential traps and pitfalls. The coffee is beautiful too, and though my latte art leaves much to be desired, I had a great time learning about (and drinking) the coffee.
