Did a one day training course on barista skills taught by Vicki. It was really great, left with a lot of new knowledge and skills. My wife and I completed the start a coffee shop course with Luke and can't recommend it highly enough. A huge amount of information was provided but in a well structured and balanced way such that it wasn't overwhelming. All of the materials provided will be invaluable in the coming months as we set up the business and beyond.
