We underwent our training with Luke on the 20th June and prior to the course were a little apprehensive in relation to how we would manage the course. Luke put us at ease and explained the technicalities of how to set up the grinder and preparing the coffee. We were then given really good demonstrations of producing various good quality coffees and chance to practice ourselves. Luke was really patient and supportive of our questions and we would recommend this course to anyone wishing to serve first class coffee. - Don & Hilary Bickerton

I attended the 1 day course - it was great! Luke, was friendly and easygoing and extremely knowledgeable. The whole staff team were friendly and accommodating. I learned loads about coffee, what to do and what not to do and how to really give he customer the best customer service and all round great coffee experience. I also learned loads about the actual bones of running a coffee shop which gave me confidence that I am on the right lines and the fact that Limini are always there if I need more advice is a great comfort. This course was one of the best that I have ever attended and it was full or great content. It changed my prospective on coffee altogether. Making coffee is absolutely an art and anyone thinking about starting a coffee shop or just wants to know how to make great coffee should definitely do this. Completed a Barista course yesterday. Luke our instructor was excellent and very knowledgeable about all things coffee even down to the level of the chemicals in the cleaning products! I benefited very much in terms of setting up and using my own machine, milk frothing and made a start a latte art, however I will need to return to learn to produce those fabulous patterns that Luke can do so effortlessly. Needless to say the coffee tasted excellent, my favourite being the Limini Blend - Andy

Just finished the 2 day course today as of how to open a coffee shop, i left with a lot of motivation to start my project due to the good advice and material to work with. I absolutely recommend this course to anyone that loves coffee and have a project in mind to open a coffee shop, they help you to see everything clearer. I'd been looking forward to my latte art course for a few weeks and finally, yesterday, the day came. I have to say how impressed I was with the whole outfit. Everyone there was very friendly and I was made very welcome. Luke did a splendid job of explaining all the processes involved and some of the science behind making a good espresso, steaming the milk and the technique of producing the arty designs on the coffee. While I've a long way to go for consistent results, I feel I have a sound base to work from. All in all a very enjoyable and fulfilling day. Thanks Luke and all involved.
