I thoroughly enjoyed my barista training course - I just wish it had been longer! Ruth was so helpful, encouraging and enthusiastic. My attitude to 'a good cup of coffee' was revolutionised from the first capuccino put in my hands to try by Ruth. It was nectar! I have also been so impressed and very humbled by the help I've been given after the course with my home machine from Youri and Gemma. Thank you so much. I had been thinking of booking onto the How to start a coffee shop course for some time and eventually did so. How pleased I am that I did. From the moment that I arrived at the training centre myself and the other trainees were made to feel at ease and at home by our expert trainer Ruth and the other Limini members. The course was fantastic, a really good mix of the practical hands on Barista training and the coffee shop start up theory. I have been a lover of coffee for a long time but had a really great surprise when I tasted the drinks that we learned to make. I have never tasted such great quality coffee in my life and can't help comparing every coffee I have had since. The theory part of the course was extremely comprehensive and is complemented with a wealth of back up material that is made available to the student for continued study and preparation for the business start up. All in all I highly recommend the course and I am looking forward to getting onto more of the Barista and latte art training. Thank you Ruth and all at Limini. - Richard

Just completed the one day course on How to Start a Coffee Shop along with my wife Dawn. The course included barister training which was great fun and very necessary. Whilst I knew some detail around the accounting structure on the theory side of the course it was still very useful and helped me to clear some concerns I had about my business plan for my new cafe. Vickie and all the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was amazing to taste such great coffee and to get a first insight into how coffee should be served. I have never been served coffee like it before and I shall definitely be going back for more barister training. - Gordon

It was such a pleasure to be part of the Limini Coffee Training. Vikki and Ruth are two amazing trainees. They answered all my questions and beyond. The best thing was that they actually listen to you and you get a great feedback straight away. At some point it felt like they were to open the cafe with me. I definitely learned what good coffee should taste like. The business side of the training was spot on. I was pretty clear what I needed from the course and Limini tailored their training to meet my needs. They listened to me and gave me value for money. It is a fantastic course, Vikki and Ruth went through everything I need to know about how to start a coffee shop, business plan, cash flow, break even analysis, VAT, coffee training... informative, detailed, structured training, yet Vikki and Ruth have made the course really enjoyable and fun. It is a bit far from where I live, but it is definitely worth the effort if you seriously consider opening a coffee shop of your own. - Jlamei
