The course was Barista training and was approximately 3-4 hours which may seem like a long time but trust me this went in a flash of knowledge transfer, steam, milk, giggles and gorgeous coffee. Vicki was amazing and made the morning totally enjoyable and I left with a coffee grin that lasts to this day. I picked the course due to my love of coffee and wanting some hands on training but I do believe that this experience has pushed me further down the coffee path, to what end who knows! This course is amazing if you are looking into setting up on your own. From rota planning to margins, store layout to suppliers and of course learning to make amazing coffee. I've just completed two fantastic days of training on the How to Start a Coffee Shop course which have been invaluable, and the coffee delicious. The course was delivered with total enthusiasm and warmth by Vicki; a complete aficionado on all matters coffee. We had Vicki teaching us 2 on 1 and she was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the day and didn't expect to learn or remember so much from it! Limini coffee tasted absolutely amazing and I have definitely come out of the course a bit of a coffee snob. I couldn't recommend the barista training and latte art courses enough as you learn so much more than you expect. The coffee from Limini is amazing and the passion all of the staff show for the coffee and the work they do is really inspiring to people like me who are starting a new business. Our trainer, Vicky, was really knowledgable, friendly and encouraging even when we were getting ahead of ourselves throughout the session. She made our whole group feel at ease and by the end of the three hours we all came away with an array of coffee making skills that we can go on to develop in our cafe and hopefully do the limini coffee justice for our customers. I would recommend Limini to anyone starting a business, looking at changing coffee providers or just anyone really interested in coffee due to their great products and passion for what they do. A surprise gift for my birthday. Amazing afternoon learning about how to perfect the different types of coffee and how subtle changes can make all the difference. Being wanting to do something like this for years and couldn't have done it at a better location . Ruth was great and amazed myself with some of the latte art ! This course is a must for anyone considering going into the coffee shop industry. Ruth the trainer was very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging and the support materials are excellent. Really enjoyed the Barista training as well and the limini products are very high quality. For me this really dymistified a lot of the stuff you need to know if you are thinking of starting your own business and really made my dream see doable! - Fiona
