I simply could not recommend this company more for their fantastic well-put together training courses, as well as their great coffee quality and blends, and off course their wonderful people who I believe make the course a great experince!

Vicki was absolutely lovely, friendly and very knowledgable in her field. I loved her teaching style and didn't even know how my two days passed so quickly. The training was very informative and in depth. She made the experience of learning really joyful. I had very limited knowledge about coffee and running a coffee shop before I participated in the course, however Vicki patiently answered all my questions with so much enthusiasm, and all the tips that I got are utterly prcieless.

I spent two days practising making a variety of coffee drinks and learning art late, plus the business side of things such as how to put together a business plan in detail and playing with financial figures.

I learned so much in only two days and truly feel that this course has boosted my confidence, both in terms of the practical side of running a coffee site , and in terms of the knowledge of what goes into making a good cup of coffee; such as different types of coffee beans, different roasts etc, but also the business side of starting a coffee shop for example: equipments, locations and the general business side of things.

Last but not least, big thanks to Youri for putting these very efficient and thorough courses together and the passion that goes into this business is indeed admirable. Also thank you for sorting me out a sooner than booked date, it kind of was a game changer!

My husband and I have just returned from a great training session with Limini. The day proved to be very comprehensive, and would highly recommend anyone looking to start a coffee shop to attend one of these training days even if you think you've thought of everything I can bet that you haven't! Great to also bounce the ideas around.The templates, spreadsheets and manuals will prove most valuable for not only the business start up but very beneficial when pulling together business plans.Who knew there was so much behind a cup of gorgeous Limini coffee! Why has it taken me so long? A few years ago, I attended a one-day Barista Training course and was very impressed by Vicki and what she taught me. She was very clear and precise about how to make the perfect coffee. There is clearly more to this than I had first thought - it is both an art and a science. Vicki also took us through the different countries of origin and the blends of coffee that they roast and supply, and this is why my question, Why has it taken me so long? has now to be answered. Simply put, I have made a mistake by not ordering before, and have only just put this right. I cannot now wait for my delivery! I am sure that the quality of training, together with my memory of the differing blends will be as good as it was those few years ago. My only concern is that I will not have Vicki guiding me, ensuring that I make the best coffee possible. - David Howarth
